An intricate mixed-development of new buildings and conversion of existing house and barn to create a 13 bedroom hotel in the heart of a conservation area. This project stitched together old and new and achieved great accessibility through careful layout and detail design. The clients encouraged the use of re-cycled materials and low toxicity paints. RIAI regional award (1997). RSUA commendation (1998). Published project.
