ABOUT

Welcome

Rachel Bevan has won a number of awards for her designs from the RSUA and the RIAI. She has built the practice on a reputation of high quality work and a client centred approach.

In 1994 the Practice was able to find a client with similar interests when appointed to design the development of the hotel ‘The Narrows’. Here integrated accessibility and the recycling of materials remained important design criteria. The practice now has a 30 year track record of buildings that are well designed, sustainable & tuned to the clients needs.

Tom Woolley is heavily involved in research, consultancy and publications in the field of ecological buildings. As Editor of the Green Building Handbook, Tom Woolley is able to feed practical knowledge into the Architectural Practice of Rachel Bevan Architects.

We have formed strong links with the Environmental Building News and Ecological Building Network in the USA.
